How to archive folder in Outlook

To customize AutoArchive features for the specific folder, do the following:

   1.   Right-click on the particular folder and choose Properties in the popup menu:

    • Show archive folder in folder list   Choose to have the Archive folder listed with your other working folders in the Navigation Pane.
